as long as you can afford the landline. Skype sucks ass. The quality is terrible a lot of the time. I talk to people every day on it and I just want to hang up on them.

why in the world would anyone have either a landline or Skype? Just use your damn cell phone. But be sure to get a cell phone with good voice quality, because a lot of them suck.

most of which are just so my son can see his grandparents.... and it's free. On the subject of internet phone, I have had a ton of people swear by majic jack. Don't know if anyone else has tried it.

Skype allows my youngest to see his Grandparents who are 600 miles away and allows me to see friends in Scotland and Canada..its is all about the video...the audio quality has been okay for us but...
